Calibrating ultrasonic measuring rod

Before performing a measurement with the device for the first time, height mea-
surement must be calibrated. Repeat this calibration at least once per year.
The automated calibration procedure consists of two steps:
• Calibration over the entire measuring range
• Calibration with a calibration rod (included in the scope of delivery of the mea-
suring rod).

Power LED on ultrasound head is illuminated
✓
Silhouettes on the weighing platform are illuminated
✓
No objects or people in the immediate vicinity of the device (distance ap-
prox. 0.5 m)
