Packaging
This product's package was conceived
to facilitate transport and ensure that
your charcoal grill always stays protected. Our packaging materials are
recyclable. Thus, for disposal, properly separate plastic, paper, cardboard,
and other materials that are part of this product's package, preferably
sending them to recyclers.

9. WARRANTY
Tramontina S/A Cutelaria provides a warranty for this object against
manufacturing defects for a total period of one (1) year, including nine (9)
months of contractual warranty and ninety (90) days of legal warranty.
The warranty period starts with issuance of the object Sales Invoice,
which must be attached to this term. The warranty will only be valid with
submission of the purchase invoice.
This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of flawed or
defective parts under normal usage conditions. If the object is not
working properly, contact the nearest Tramontina Authorized Service
Center for information on how to solve the problem.
There are no other implied warranties, except as expressly set out in this
document, and any warranties are limited to the duration of the coverage
period provided herein.
The warranty (legal and/or contractual) does not cover:
• Defects resulting from non-compliant use and care recommendations in
this manual;
• Any faults or operational difficulties as a result of accidents, abuse,
inadequate use, alterations, vandalism, inadequate assembly, failure to
comply with routine maintenance work, or incorrect work performed by
the user;
• When the product is used for purposes other than those recommended
in this manual;
• Normal/natural wear;
