INSTALLATION OF ACCESSORIES
STEP 1 - BOWL INSTALLATION
1. Release the tilt head (1) by turning the head lock lever (5) clockwise, then gently lift the tilt head
until you hear a click (locking sound). When the lock engages, the head lock lever arm (5) will point
downwards.
2. Place the bowl (4) in the base (6), then turn the bowl (4) clockwise so that the tabs on the bowl lock
against the tabs on the base (6).
STEP 2 - SPLASH GUARD INSTALLATION
1. Slide the splash guard (7) over the edge of the housing cov-
ering the drive shaft with the pin (3). Ensure that the opening
for adding food products faces outwards so that the tilting
head (1) does not obstruct access to the opening.
STEP 3 - FIXING THE STIRRERS
1. Push (until you feel resistance) one of the three dedicated
stirrers (8, 9, 10) onto the drive shaft pin (3). Ensure that the
tab on the pin goes into the mounting hole of the stirrer.
Then turn the stirrer counterclockwise until the tab locks
against the edge of the stirrer mounting hole.

WARNING! Do not leave knives, metal spoons or forks or similar elements in the mixing bowl
when in operation.
WARNING! Maximum mixing time of the appliance is 5 minutes, minimum time of rest between
two mixing cycles is 20 minutes. When mixing yeast dough it is recommended to set the speed
control on low speed and only after a moment increase the mixing speed.
PLANETARY MOVEMENT OF THE ATTACHMENTS
When the planetary mixer is in operation, the mixer rotates in a complex motion: around
its own axis and simultaneously around the circumference of the bowl.
COMMENTS ON THE OPERATION OF THE MIXER
The shape of the mixing bowl and the attachments was designed to eliminate the need
of continuous scraping and removing ingredients off the sides of the mixing bowl when
operating the mixer. There is no need to clean the sides of the mixing bowl more than
Mixes light and medium-light dough like pastry, shortcrust, ground meat and fish,
butter and blancmange cream, cheese dough, mashed potatoes and other vegetables,
bottom cakes, loose cake ingredients
