3. Insert your motorcycle's key into
the key cylinder and set a posi-
tion of key hole and key cylinder
cover at the broken line as
shown.
4. Apply a thread lock cement to
the TORX
the Lock Plate 3 (L) and 4 (R)
by tightening the screws 5.

Side case 1 (L)
• Wipe protruding thread lock
with a cloth or equivalents.
• The key cylinder cover is fixed
in the up and down direction.
• Confirm a secure fitment of
the TORX
Lock Plate 3 (L) and 4 (R).
• Do not operate the key cylin-
der till the thread lock hard-
ened.
5. Put the key into the key cylinder
and check a smooth movement
of the system.
If the movement is not smoothly,
there is a possibility that it is
assembled incorrectly. Recheck
the process 4 in case of the
incorrect assembling.
