MARKINGS OF THE JAR
Mark II: about 2 liters
Max. for all "cold" recipes (for all recipes without the temperature option).
Middle mark: approximately 1.5 liters.
Mark I: around 1 Litre.
Lower mark: around 0.5L.
REMOVE AND INSTALL KNIFE
Never use the jar without the blades as it serves as a gasket at the bottom of the container.

1. Pull the carafe out of the base.
2. Turn the "blade safety lock" located at the base of the jar, counterclockwise. (bringing the
padlock open to the triangle position, image 5)
3. Carefully pull the blades by holding them by the head.
Position knife
1. Insert the blades from top to bottom through the head, you must align the two notches of the
blades and the bottom of the jar.
2. Turn the "blade safety lock" clockwise, so the blade is fixed (taking the padlock closed to the
triangle position, image 5.
