1 mile, 2 miles, 5k, 5 miles, 10k, 8 miles, 15k, 10 miles, 20k, half marathon, 15 miles, 20 miles and marathon goals.
User sets starting speed levels.
P3) TIME BASED INTERVALS: Adjust your speed automatically during your workout.
Speed changes and segments repeat 90 seconds and 30 seconds.
