[H Inserting the Battery
Battery: One lithium battery (CR2)

Open the battery cover.
• While pressing the ridges
on the battery cover, lift off
Ihe cover.
Insert the battery.
• Insert the battery with the +
and - terminal poeltloned
correctly with the release
tape
Is behind the battery.
^ The OS Indicator Is
displayed on the LCD
panel.
Close the battery cover.
«Be careful not to trap the
release tape when closing
the battery cover.
If '•.• blinks in Ihe LCD
panel, after you change
the battery, you will need
to reset the dale to Ihe
correct date and lime
(-.40).
Removing the Battery
• Slowly pull the end of the release tape to remove the battery.

* After removing Ihe battery to replace It, do not touch

any of the switches on the camera. This will allow the |
date and time settings to be retained for
|
approximately five seconds.
