1.1 Intended use 
The name 'Kamado' is Japanese for 'stove'. Kamado stoves made of ceramic have
been around for 4,000 years and are known for their excellent ability to retain heat.
Today's Kamado barbecues are very versatile and can be used for grilling, smoking,
as well as for baking pizza, bread or pies. The heat produced by the glowing charcoal
cooks the food, while the smoke gives the unique, smoky flavor to the food.
