Use only an approved gasoline container. Do not use soda bottles or the like!
Extinguish all cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and other sources of ignition.
Never refuel your machine indoors.
Allow the engine to cool before refueling
Never fill the fuel tank more than 2.5 cm below the bottom of the filler to allow room for the
fuel to expand.
After refueling, make sure the lid is tightened.
Never use the gas gun's lockout feature when refueling.
Do not smoke while refueling.
Never refuel inside a building or where gasoline vapors may come into contact with an ignition
source.
Keep gasoline and engine away from appliances, pilots, barbecues, appliances, power tools, etc.
If it is necessary to empty the fuel tank, it will be done in the open air
Maintenance & Maintenance
The engine must stop when maintenance and cleaning are carried out, when changing tools and
when transporting by means other than its own.
Regularly check that all bolts and nuts are tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
The engine must be fully cooled before storing it indoors or covered.
If the machine is not used for a period of time, refer to the instructions in this manual.
Maintain or replace safety labels and instructions as needed.
Use only genuine spare parts or accessories. If no original parts or accessories are used, liability
no longer applies.
Replace defective mufflers.
Note
The gears are delivered pre-greased. However, always make sure they are well oiled before each
use.
The engine is not pre-filled with oil.
Factory-installed control devices, such as the clutch cable mounted on the handle, should not be
removed or exposed.
Only drain the fuel tank outdoors. Gasoline is extremely flammable and the vapors are explosive.
Make sure the machine is well secured when transporting on a pallet, etc.
Reduce the throttle during engine shutdown and close the fuel valve.
