1.Allow the engine to run for 5 minutes to warm the oil. This allows the oil to run more freely
and makes the oil change more thorough.
2.After 5 minutes, stop the engine. Remove the spark plug cap. Drain the oil by unscrewing the
sump plug. Remember to drain the oil in a container of sufficient capacity. Note: The motor
should not tilt backwards more than 45 degrees.
3.Screw the crankcase cap back on and pour new oil into the engine. To do this, remove the
dipstick and pour in the recommended amount of oil.
4.Replace the spark plug cap. (petrol engine only)
Alternatively, use an oil extractor kit:
1.Suck the oil through the oil fill hole with the syringe. Use the hose to reach the sump.
2.Transfer the used oil to the container.
3.Fill the engine with new SAE-30 oil.
4.Check the oil level with the dipstick.
Remember to dispose of used oil safely. Oil and oil extractor kit are not included
Lubrication
Proper maintenance and lubrication extend the life of the machine.
The engine of your machine has a break-in period of 5 hours of work. After 5 hours, the engine
oil should be changed. After this, the oil should be replaced every 20 hours or at least once a
year. Always check the oil level before using the machine.
If there are any signs of leakage or damp spots, the oil should be checked immediately.
Gearbox (see Figure 12-A)
Always check the oil level of the gears before using the machine. Top up with SAE 90 gear oil if
necessary.
Gear oil should be changed at least once a year or every 200 hours of operation. Use an oil
change kit and add about 1.2 liters of new gear oil. The router's gear should also be checked
every 50 hours and changed once a year. Use the same oil as for the gearbox.
Quick hitch (see Figure 12-B)
To lubricate the quick coupler, do the following:
1.Insert the grease gun into the grease nozzle.
2.Grease - 1 to 2 presses.
