Storage
•If the machine is likely to be stored unused for extended periods, follow the instructions below.
This will ensure a longer service life of the machine.
•Use a garden hose to wash away dirt and dirt. The chassis number should only be wiped clean
with a damp cloth to prevent unnecessary wear and tear. Avoid using a high-pressure washer
during cleaning.
•Wipe the machine with a damp cloth so that all surfaces are clean. Wipe surfaces with an oily
cloth to prevent rust.
•Always store the machine in a dry, clean place.
Troubleshooting
Engine won't start (manually)
1.Verify that fuel control is set correctly.
2.Check the spark plug.
3.Check that there is fresh gasoline in the tank.
4.Refer to the engine instructions separately for more troubleshooting information.
Engine won't start (electric start)
1.Verify that fuel control is set correctly.
2.Check the spark plug.
3.Check that there is fresh gasoline in the tank.
4.Check that the starter motor is grounded,
5.See Figure 2.
6.Start the engine with recoil starter
7.(Battery may be discharged)
8.Refer to the engine instructions separately for troubleshooting information or contact your
dealer.
The engine is not running smoothly
1.Make sure throttle control is not set to the maximum.
2.Check that there is fresh gasoline in the tank.
