Risk of injury and damage to property
due to falling parts
Use only suitable holding devices prescribed by the vehicle manufacturer
for the vehicle parts to be removed.
Distribute the load evenly on the tabletop, the centre of gravity of the load
preferably in the centre of the table.
The load must not protrude beyond the tabletop.
Exception: the use of approved holding devices.
Apply parking brake.
Mount the holding device.
Lower the lifting table to the lowest position.
Slowly place the load on the holding device with a forklift or crane.
Secure the load with straps or belts.
Apply parking brake.
Adjust table height.
Lower the lifting table to the lowest position
Park the lift table at a suitable location.
Apply parking brake.
Danger
Risk of life/injury and property damage
due to a defect on the lifting table and/or load handling equipment
Warn all persons in the danger area by calling out loudly.
Interrupt all load movements immediately.
Leave the danger area.
Close off the danger zone.
Communicate with superiors.
