For first time users, please install the handlebar by
placing it in the housing at the top of the steering
column and secure the clamp with the 4 bolts.
SELF-STANDING MODE
This scooter can be put in self-standing mode by
simply moving the T-bar towards you, after you
have stepped on the Folding Lever. The wheel will
be slightly raised from the ground, for the scooter to
freely balance.
FOLD THE SCOOTER
1. Move the Folding Lever from a vertical to horizontal position. You can do this with your
foot or hand.
2. Step on the Folding Lever with strength until the folding mechanism is disengaged.
3. Lower down the t-bar until the folding mechanism clicks into place.
(a "click" sound will be heard)
FOLDING MECHANISM MAINTENANCE:
The folding mechanism might become loose after excessive use.
If such a case arises, please use the provided hex wrench to
slightly tighten the two bolts (Only slightly tighten the bolts to avoid
negatively impacting the folding mechanism).
MOUNTING FRONT LIGHT & BELL:
Take the LED light out from the box and charge it for 2 hours
with the USB cable provided in-pack. Unplug the cable when the
light is fully charged and install the LED light to the top part of
the handlebars; place it on the left-hand side with the light facing
forward. Fix it tightly with the pre-set elastic strap on the light.
To fix the bell on the handlebars, unscrew the screw to get the
loop opened and mount the bell on the right-hand side of the
handlebars. Tighten the screw to fix its position.
4 - MODE OF OPERATION AND USE
ON/OFF FUNCTION
- To start the scooter, press the ON/OFF button located at the front of the deck.
Always remember to press the ON/OFF button to start the scooter.
- When the ON/OFF button and the tail light up in red, the scooter is the "ON"
mode. The LED battery gauge lights on the deck will light up too.
- To turn off the scooter, press & hold the ON/OFF button until the red signal on
the ON/OFF button turns off.
- Your E15 will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity; the battery
lights' signal on the deck will also turn off.
START-UP
Once the scooter is in the "ON' mode, it is now ready to start.
2 actions are necessary to engage the motor:
- Place your foot directly on the accelerator pressure sensor.
- Push your scooter to reach a speed of 3km/h.
- Be aware that once the motor is turned ON, reducing your speed below
3km/h does not automatically turn off the motor; read the "STOP" paragraph
section for instructions on how to permanently turn off the motor.
HOW TO RIDE THE SCOOTER
- Make sure the scooter is in the "ON" mode.
- Place a foot on the accelerator pressure sensor located at the front of the
deck.
- Push the scooter with your foot until you reach the speed of 3km/h to engage
the electric motor. The scooter will then accelerate.
- The maximum speed is 20km/h in normal mode and 6km/h in pedestrian
mode.
- To slow down, carefully press the rear brake while keeping both hands on the
handlebar.
