 Some noises may be heard during normal appliance operation
(compressor operating cycle, automatic defrosting, circulation of the
refrigerating gas through the appliance, etc.).
If you cannot find the cause of the fault, only call our approved after-
sales service or a qualified professional.
A large quantity of warm food was
placed in the appliance within the
last 24 hours.
The appliance is near a heat
source.
The door seal is not sealing.
Water drain hole is blocked.
This is normal. Heat exchanger
parts are located in the side walls.
The appliance is not level.
The appliance is touching the wall
or other objects.
A component, e.g. a pipe, on the
rear of the appliance is touching
another part of the appliance or
the wall.
This is due to normal heat
dissipation by the condenser built
into the casing.
Condensation on the outside of
the appliance and on the fridge
door seals is normal when the
ambient humidity is too high.
Prolonged compressor operation
is normal during the summer
months when the ambient
temperature is high.
Storing excessive quantities of
food in the appliance is not
recommended.
There is too much food in the
compartment or the food stored
contains too much water causing
excessive defrosting.
The doors were not properly closed
so that air can get in causing
defrosting and a consequent increase
in the amount of water.
Turn the thermostat to a colder setting
temporarily.
Please refer to the installation location
section
Carefully warm the leaking sections of the
door seal with a hair dryer (on a cool
setting). At the same time, handle the
heated door seal with your hands to ensure
that the appliance seals.
Please refer to the "Care and cleaning"
section.
Wear gloves when touching the side walls if
necessary.
Readjust the feet.
Move the appliance slightly.
If necessary, carefully bend the component
out of the way.
When the casing heats up due to high
ambient temperature, an excessive quantity
of stored food or when the compressor
stops, ensure that the appliance is well
ventilated to facilitate heat dissipation.
Wipe off the condensation with a dry cloth.
Food must be cooled to ambient
temperature before it is placed in the
appliance.
The doors are opened too often.
