Solution
• Check if the power is shut down and
the power plug is connected correctly
• Check if the fixing (bolts) have been
removed
• Check it's installed on a solid and
level floor
• Restart after the door is closed
• Check if the clothes is stuck
• Check if the water pressure is too low
• Straighten the water pipe
• Check if the inlet valve filter is
blocked
• Check if the drain hose is blocked
• Restart the washer
• Please try again first, call up service
line if there are still troubles
