Maintenance
Make sure that the bolts and fasteners are tight. Tighten if it is
necessary.
Do a check of the product and make sure that there are no cracks
in the product.
Do a check of the couplings, the connections, the cylinder(s) and
the hydraulic hoses for leakage and wear.
Do a check of the crushing tips for wear.
Do a check of the cutters for rebar for wear.
Do a check of the bearing bushings in the jaws and cylinder(s) for
wear.
Clean the external surfaces of the product.
Replace the in-line filters. (DCR 500)
Replace the hydraulic hoses connected to the hydraulic cylinder.
(DCR 100)
Replace the hydraulic hoses connected to the hydraulic cylinder.
(DCR 500)
To clean the product
•
Use a cloth or brush to clean the external surface of
the product.
Lubrication schedule DCR 90
6x
Apply grease with a grease gun to the lubrication points
(A) and (B) until grease comes out in the joints.
