To adjust the jaws on DCR 100
On DCR 100, it is possible to adjust the distance
between the jaws to cut materials of different thickness.
The jaws are in the widest position from factory. When
the jaws are in the widest position (A), the crushing tips
do not come together fully when the jaws are closed.

You can adjust the position of the jaws and decrease the
distance between them (B). In this position, the crushing
tips come together fully when the jaws are closed.
1. Release the 2 jaw adjustment pins with a punch tool.

2. Remove the 2 jaw adjustment pins.
3. Lower the jaws and install the 2 adjustment pins in
the outer holes.
4. Do the procedure in the opposite sequence to
increase the distance between the jaws.
