greater than 120 ml.

Steam can only be produced when the appliance is preheated to a certain temperature in
steam mode. The steam indicator light will illuminate when steam is dispensed.
1. Prepare the milk frothing jug and fill it with the appropriate amount of cold milk.
2. Allow the steam to continue dispensing for a few seconds to remove any contained steam.
3. Adjust the angle of the frother so that it can be inserted into the milk frothing jug.

NOTE:
• It is recommended that the milk temperature be between 5 and 10°C and the protein con-
