PROBLEM

CAUSE
• The machine has performed
grain grinding for 16 cycles
continuously and/or the time
interval between two grinds is
less than 5 minutes.
• The grinding system must cool
down for 5 minutes, during
which time all functions are
invalid.
• The coffee maker does not
receive a signal and the motor
does not operate normally.
• The coffee maker is not working
properly.
• The ground coffee is too
coarse.
• The type of coffee beans used
is incorrect.
• The ground coffee is too fine.
• The coffee spout is clogged.
• The power plug is not connect-
ed properly.
• The power supply is not con-
nected properly.
• The side power button is not on.
• The machine is not turned off
properly.
• The coffee maker is locked.
• The waste container is full and
you must empty the container
and clean the coffee maker
when it is turned on.
SOLUTION
• Let the machine sit for 5 minutes.
• Turn off the power to the machine
and turn it on again.
• Check that the power supply is
connected correctly.
• Turn off the power to the machine
and turn it on again.
• Turn the grind adjustment knob
clockwise to select the appropriate
setting.
• Use the right coffee beans to make
espresso.
• Turn the grind adjustment knob
counterclockwise to select the
appropriate setting.
• Clean the coffee spout with a
toothpick.
• Connect the power plug with the
main power supply of the machine.
• Connect the power supply of the
machine.
• Turn on the side power button.
• Turn the machine off and on again
for the coffee maker to reset.
• Contact after-sales service.
• Empty the waste collection con-
tainer and clean the coffee maker
when the coffee maker is on.
• Reinstall it after 3 seconds.
