Description of the machine and intended use
The cordless jig saw STS/A is a precision ins-
trument for sawing wood and wood materials
(e.g. pressboard), plastic and metal. The maxi-
mum cutting depth is 15 mm, depending on the
material. The saw can make curved as well as
straight cuts.
The included adjustable parallel limit stop ena-
bles accurate cuts that are parallel to the edges
of the work piece.
The saw table, which rotates around the longi-
tudinal axis, enables mitre cuts with an angle
of up to 45°.
The device head consists of precisely machi-
ned die-cast zinc. It contains a reduction gear
for the drive of the saw blade. The number of
strokes can be preselected as required with the
electronic control.
Powerful batteries in lithium-ion technology
and 2.6 Ah capacity guarantee continuous, high
performance work. To charge, the battery is
simply inserted into the charger and is ready
for operation again within approx. 1 hour. For
your safety the process is thermally monitored.
