LABELS: Figure 9 illustrates labels present on the product. Labels must be replaced if they are not present or are not fully
legible. Information provided on each label is as follows:

INSPECTION: Inspect anchor before each use. At least monthly, anchor should be inspected by a competent person

in accordance with the User Manual. Do not use if inspection reveals an unsafe or defective condition. Not user
repairable.
This product is RFID enabled and contains an electronic tag that can be read by compatible readers - providing
inspection and other safety information.
ALLOWABLE LOADING DIRECTIONS: Never work at a horizontal angle greater than 30° from perpendicular to the

face of the SRD to avoid improper loading of the Anchorage Connection Point. Never work at a position above or
below the Anchorage Connection Points that exceeds the vertical load requirements.
This door/window jamb must be installed at the bottom of the window or door Opening, resting on the sill. If the

anchor is not resting on the sill it may rotate. When loaded, allowing the anchor to come free of the window or
door opening. Failure to follow this warning may result in serious injury or death.

RFID Tag

LOCATION: 3M product covered in these user instructions is equipped with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Tag.
RFID Tags may be used in coordination with an RFID Tag Scanner for recording product inspection results. See Figure 8
for where your RFID Tag is located.

DISPOSAL: Prior to disposing of this product, remove the RFID Tag and dispose/recycle in accordance with local
regulations. For additional information on how to remove the RFID Tag, please refer to the website link below.
Do not dispose of your product as unsorted municipal waste. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol indicates that
all EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) must be disposed of according to local law through available return
and collection systems. Please contact your dealer or your local 3M representative for further information.
