4 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
4.1 Mounting of the tool holder
Delete any energy sources supplying the machine before changing the tool holder.
WARNING
The machine is supplied with a facing tool holder as standard.
For chamfering operations, two chamfering tool holders are available as options:
(chamfer at 45°) and
All tool holders are mounted on the machine in the same way. Before mounting, it is preferable to install the
HSS plate on the selected tool holder.

Dismount the front part of the DC65 by unscrewing the 8 screws IDIN912 M3x20 (2.5 mm Allen key
supplied)
