6 MAINTENANCE

Always clean the machine after every machining operation.

Always ensure that the power tool and its ventilation slots are clean.

The machine and its accessories should always be stored and transported in their
original packaging provided by AXXAIR.

Maintenance operations should be done by qualified personnel using original
replacement parts.


Before performing any work on the machine, always unplug the machine.

It is essential to keep the machine clean in order to optimize its performance.

Don't leave the machine in a detrimental, dirty, or humid environment.

It is essential that foreign bodies are not placed in the swivelling system of the
machine.

It is recommended that the brush provided should be used to clean the machine.
Clean thoroughly and check that there are no shavings before doing any work on the
machine.
We recommend a disassembly and lubrication of moving parts by qualified personnel
every year.
