5.4 Facing inserts:
Our HSS steel inserts with TiALN treatment guarantee high
quality dry facing.
These inserts are reversible and have 2 cutting edges.

 If the plate is worn, it should be replaced:
o before doing anything, take out the battery or remove the DC65 from the machine
o Remove the front part of the DC65.
o Use a suitable Torx screwdriver and loosen the plate screw.
o Change or turn the plate through 180°.
o Re-tighten the screw.
o Re-position the front part of the DC65 (these two parts must couple easily. DO
NOT FORCE THEM).
o Fit the battery or re-fit the DC65 to the machine.
