DESCRIPTION OF UNIT
3.1
AIRLESS PROCESS
The main area of application are thick layers of highly viscous
coating material.
The Elite 2000 is a diaphragm pump that uses suction to pull
the material from the bucket, or gravity and suction if equipped
with a hopper, and transports it via high-pressure hose to the
spray gun and airless tip.
As the coating passes through the tip at high pressure it is
atomized into a fine spray pattern that can be applied to a
surface.
As no air is used in this process, it is described as an AIRLESS
process.
This method of spraying has the advantages of finest
atomisation, cloudless operation (depending of a correct unit
adjustment) and a smooth, bubblefree surface, as well as the
advantage of speed and increased productivity.

TRANSPORTATION IN A VEHICLE
Secure the unit in the vehicle by means of suitable fasteners.
The device can be placed on its side if necessary. In this case,
please ensure that no attachments are damaged.
Attention: Paint or solvent residues can escape from the
connections!
