Once you have pressed the "Start" key (in position
(C) Fig. 1) press any of the quick access keys to
select the corresponding speed setting. E.g. If you
wish to run at 7 km/h press the key marked "7".
The machine's speed will now be set at 7 km/h.
If you wish to increase the speed, press the SPEED UP
key, or the SPEED DOWN key if you wish to reduce it.
3.3- CHANGING FROM MANUAL TO
PROGRAM MODE
Press STOP to stop the machine, press the SELECT
PROGRAM key until the screen shows the required profile
number (P1 to P9) or the desired user profile (U1 to U3).
Press START/STOP, the unit will start up and begin
the exercise. The columns of lights on the main
display will begin to flash each minute, indicating
how far you have progressed into the exercise.
If the START/STOP button is pressed then the unit
will stop and the readings on the displays will freeze.
If the START/STOP button is pressed again then the
selected exercise program will continue.
The speed profiles for each one of the programs
are as follows:

You can increase the speed setting while in a
program by pressing the SPEED-UP key.
If you are in one program and wish to change to
another then press START/STOP and the program
will stop. You can then choose another program by
pressing SELECT PROGRAM Pressing the START/
STOP key will start the new program.
3.4- EXERCISES WITH SPECIFIC GOAL
The user can modify the TIME, DISTANCE and CALORIE
values in any of the programs before beginning the
exercise. When you see the program profile that you
wish to do being displayed on the screen press the
ENTER key. You can choose the variable that you wish
to modify (TIME, DISTANCE or CALORIES) by pressing
the button repeatedly and then adjust the value by
using the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN keys. The
variable that can be modified is the one flashing at
that moment. E.g. You can adjust the time to 15
minutes and the treadmill will stop when this time
setting has elapsed. The user can also set the distance
and calorie values.
3.5- USER PROGRAMS (U1 to U3)
You can enter a profile into these programs that
will be recorded in the electronic device for later
sessions. Use the SELECT PROGRAM key to select
any of these profiles. You can specify the TIME,
DISTANCE, CALORIE and SPEED values (column to
column) by using the ENTER key.
