• Make sure that the product is folded
up and firmly secured by the locking
pin before you move the product.
Danger of
crushed fingers!
• Watch out for pinch points when
folding up and unfolding the
product.
Extra caution – risk of
injury to children!
• Keep the packaging materials
away from children. There is a risk
of suffocation!
• The product is not suitable play
equipment and must be stored
somewhere that is inaccessible to
children when not in use. To elimi-
nate the risk of injury, the product
must not be within reach of chil-
dren during the workout.
• Point out to children specifically
that the product is not a toy.
• Children must not be allowed play
with the product.
Dangers due to wear
and tear
• Check the product for damage or
wear before each use. Only use the
product if it is in perfect condition!
The safety of the product can only
be guaranteed if it is regularly in-
spected for damage and wear. If, for
example, the strap or the handles of
the pull rod show signs of damage,
do not use the product anymore.
• Use only original replacement parts.
• Protect the product from extreme
temperatures, sun and dampness.
Improper storage and use of the
product could lead to premature
wear and tear, and possible
breakages in the structure, which
could result in injuries.
• Do NOT permanently secure or
screw the product to the floor.
Doing so can cause considerable
damage to the product.
Warnings on batteries!
• Remove the batteries when they
are flat, or if the product is not in
use for an extended period.
• Do not use different types or
brands of battery or new and used
batteries together or batteries with
different capacities as these can
leak and cause damage.
• Ensure the polarity (+/-) is correct
when inserting the batteries.
• Replace all batteries at the same
time and dispose of the old batteries
as prescribed.
• Warning! Batteries must not be
charged or reactivated by other
means, taken apart, thrown into
fire or short-circuited.
• Always keep batteries out of reach
of children.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries!
• Cleaning and maintenance must
not be carried out by children
without supervision.
• Clean the battery and device
contacts as needed and before
inserting.
• Do not expose the batteries to
extreme conditions (e.g. radiators
or direct sunlight). Otherwise there
is an increased risk of leakage.
• Batteries can be life-threatening if
swallowed. Therefore, store batter-
ies in a place inaccessible to small
children. Medical attention must
be sought immediately if a battery
is swallowed.
Danger!
• Handle damaged or leaking batter-
ies with extreme caution and dispose
of them properly as soon as possi-
ble. Wear gloves when doing so.
• If you come into contact with bat-
tery acid, wash the affected area
with soap and water. If battery
acid gets in your eye, rinse it with
water and seek medical attention
immediately!
• The connection terminals must not
be short-circuited.
Inserting the batteries into the
product (Fig. H)
CAUTION: observe the following
instructions to avoid mechanical
and electrical damage.
Insert the enclosed batteries (18) into the battery
compartment (5q) of the computer (5).
Inserting the batteries
1. Remove the battery compartment cover (5p)
on the back of the computer (5).
2. Carefully insert the 2 x 1.5V batteries (18)
into the battery compartment (5q). The
batteries must be inserted fully into the battery
compartment.
Note: pay attention to the positive/
negative poles of the batteries and ensure
that they are inserted correctly as marked on the
bottom of the battery compartment.
3. Fasten the battery compartment cover onto
the back of the computer.
Replacing the batteries
CAUTION: observe the following
instructions to avoid mechanical
and electrical damage.
When the batteries are flat, replace them as
described in the insertion instructions. Remove
the batteries from the product before inserting
new ones.
Notes on setting up
• Choose a training area of approx. 3 x 1.8m
(L x W).
• Train on a flat, non-slip surface only.
Assembly
The product should be assembled by
two people.
Take care with floors that are suscepti-
ble to damage! Use a mat or the like, if
necessary, to protect the floor.
Use the tool provided (16)/(17) to assemble the
product.
Step 1 (Fig. B):
1. Place the slide rail (2) on a solid, level surface
with the screw holes facing upwards.
2. Remove the pre-installed screws (2a) and the
washers (2b) at the end of the slide rail.
3. Slide the seat (3) onto the slide rail from
behind. To do this, direct the gliding carriage
under the seat into the guide on the slide rail.
Note: make sure that the seat is properly
aligned! The widest side of the seat must be
facing forwards.
4. Fasten the stopper (7) onto the back end of
the slide rail with the screws (10).
5. Place the cover cap (8) onto the end of the
slide rail.
Step 2 (Fig. C):
1. Leave the slide rail (2) inverted and fasten the
foot (4), with the screws (2a) and washers
(2b) removed previously.
Note: after assembling the product, adjust the
height with the little wheels (4a) on the left and
right of the foot.
Step 3 (Fig. D):
1. Turn the slide rail (2) 180° and insert the slide
rail into the base frame (1).
2. Fasten the slide rail on the base frame with the
screw (11), the washer (13) and the nut (12).
3. Screw the locking screw (14) and the washer
(15) from above into the threaded hole provid-
ed on the slide rail.
Note: tighten the locking screw so that the prod-
uct remains stable during training.
4. Secure the slide rail (2) with the locking pin (9).
