- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years old
and above and people with reduced physical, sensory, or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children must not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be
carried out by unsupervised children.
- Not suitable for use in a bath or shower.
- When the hair dryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after
use as the proximity of water presents a hazard even if the
dryer is switched off.
- As additional protection, it is recommended that a residual
current device (RCD) having a rated operating fault current
not exceeding 30 mA be installed in the electrical circuit
supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
- CAUTION: do not use this appliance near bathtubs,
showers, sinks or other vessels containing water.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage
specified on the device rating label and that the plug is
earthed.
