ASSEMBLING THE CYLINDER HEAD

1. Inspect:
9 Cylinder head bolts "1" to "4".
1st: 6 Nm (0.6 m · kgf, 4.3 ft · lbf)
2nd: 11 Nm (1.1 m · kgf, 8.1 ft · lbf)
TIP
Tighten the bolts to the specified torque in two
steps and in order from "1" to "4".

CYLINDER HEAD COVER

1. Install:
9 Cylinder head cover gasket
9 Cylinder air shroud 1
9 Cylinder head cover 2
11 Nm (1.1 m · kgf, 8.1 ft · lbf)
TIP
Engage projection a of cylinder head cover 2
with groove b of cylinder shroud 1, and
install them.
