OVERLOAD WARNING LIGHT

3. Check for blockages in the cooling air inlet
and around the control unit. If any block-
ages are found, remove.
4. After checking, restart the engine.
TIP
The overload warning light may come on for a
few seconds at first when using electric
devices that require a large starting current,
such as a compressor or a submergible pump.
However, this is not a malfunction.
5. Check:
9 Overload warning light 1 lighting
6. Remove:
9 Fuel cock knob
9 Control panel
9 Overload warning light connector
Refer to "CONTROL PANEL" in CHAP-
TER 3.
å For Canada and Australia
∫ For Europe and Korea
Checking steps:
9 Connect a size AA battery (1.5 V) to the
overload warning light lead.
9 Check that the overload warning light
1 turns on.
Does not turn on → Replace.
TIP
battery (+) → Yellow lead a
battery (–) → Black/White lead b
7. Install:
9 Overload warning light connector
9 Control panel
Refer to "CONTROL PANEL" in CHAP-
TER 3.
9 Fuel cock knob
