Straight stitching
Straight stitching is ideal for locking fabrics, darning,
backstitching, basting stítch, inserting a zipper, among
others.
RECOMMENDED INITIAL SETTlNGS
Needle position: Center, Left or Right
Stitch width: Straight stitching
Stitch length: 2-3
Foot: General Purpose
1. Sew about 1cm by pressing the foot control pedal.
2. To neaten, press the reverse button (illustration 1)
sewing more 1cm and releasing the reverse button.
Keep sewing until the end of fabric (illustration 2).
3. To neaten the end of a seam, push in the reverse
button and backstitch 3-4 stitches.
4. Lift the needle and presser foot and remove fabrico
5. Cut thread passing it by the pin and through the
stroke of thread cutter behind the lateral cover
(illustration 3).
