When the noise reproduction is stopped, the fan turns off for 30 seconds to
ease the measurement of the decay curves in reverberation time
measurements.
The AP602 turns on with the last configured parameters; these parameters
are saved before the AP602 is turned off.

4.2 Configuration with external noise generator

Another possible configuration that allows the FP122 is using an external noise
generator. With this configuration, the internal noise generator of the AP602 is
omitted and it is possible to equalize, amplify and play the noise generated by an
external source. Some instruments have their own built-in noise generator. To
configure the FP122 in this way, follow the next steps:

NOTE:
Always connect the equipment with the equipment turned off and consult
the chapter 8 about safety measures and advice.
1) Connect the AP602 and the BP012 with the Speakon-Speakon CN012 cable.
In the AP602 you should connect the cable into the Speaker connector [24]
and in the BP012 side into the Speakon connector [2].
2) Connect the AP602 to the main supply with the mains cable in the mains
connector [13].
3) Connect the signal output of the external generator to the line SIGNAL INPUT
of the AP602, XLR connector [20].
