Description/sketch of roof layout/installation conditions
This confirms that the installed fall protection system (short description of the fall protection system used with
specifications regarding relevant system dimensions, batch/serial number, etc.)
was properly installed regarding all components and in compliance with all provisions of the European Technical
Assessment (ETA) with the approval no.: ETA-16/0790 or with the general building control certification (abZ) Z-
14.9-704 of the German Institute for Structural Engineering (DIBt) and the building products used for the
manufacture of the subject of approval (anchor devices as well as their components and attachment means), were
marked in accordance with the regulations of the relevant verification of applicability (standard, general building
control certification, European Technical Certification).
