result in electric shock.
Please observe the following items in any case:
G
The unit is suitable for indoor use only. Protect it
against dripping water and splash water, high air
humidity, and heat (admissible ambient tempera-
ture range 0 – 40 °C).
G
Do not place any vessels filled with liquid, e. g.
drinking glasses, on the unit.
G
Do not operate the unit or immediately discon-
nect the mains plug from the mains socket
1. if the unit or the mains cable is visibly dam-
aged,
2. if a defect might have occurred after the unit
was dropped or suffered a similar accident,
8
3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the unit must be repaired by skilled

not repaired in an expert way.
3 Applications
The LED light bar RGBL-110DMX serves as an
effect illumination, e. g. on stage, in discotheques,
and festival rooms. As a light source, 252 extra
bright 10 mm LEDs are used which have a low
power consumption, a low heat development and a
long life. The LEDs allow to radiate coloured light in
the three primary colours (red, green and blue) and
light which can be mixed from the primary colours
by addition.
The light bar is designed for control via a DMX
.
light controller (4 or 16 DMX control channels).
DMX is short for Digital Multiplex and allows the
digital control of several DMX units via a common
control line.
The LED-4MC from "img Stage Line" is suitable
as a basic, easy-to-handle controller. Thus, also
colour transitions and (music-controlled) running
light patterns and stroboscope effects are possible.
It is also possible to operate the unit without con-
troller. In this case several RGBL-110DMX units
may be combined (master/slave operation).

4 Setting into Operation

4.1 Mounting
1) Tightly screw the LED light bar with the two
mounting brackets (9) to a wall or ceiling.
2) To align the unit, release the setscrews (1).
Adjust the desired inclination of the unit and
retighten the screws.
If the unit is to be put out of operation
definitively, take it to a local recycling plant
for a disposal which is not harmful to the
environment.
