5. SECURE CHILD WITH HARNESS.
Place child in restraint and follow "Securing Child
with Harness" section, see pages 92-97.
6.UNFASTEN SENSORSAFE CHEST
CLIP DURING TAXI, TAKEOFF, AND
LANDING
In order to comply with the FAA regulation for
Portable Electronic Devices (PED), the SensorSafe
Chest Clip MUST be unfastened during taxi, take-
off, and landing. The SensorSafe Chest Clip may
be refastened during flight or once the plane has
safely landed and the use of electronic devices is
permitted by the flight crew.
