Please read the Instructions for Use first! Before using the product, you should become familiar with
the handling, function and use of the product. You may compromise your safety if you do not observe
these instructions.
However, it is impossible to protect against and avoid all unforeseeable circumstances and situations.
WARNING
The Otto Bock product Kimba Cross has not been approved by Otto Bock for use as a seat in
motor vehicles for the disabled!
Users of the product must always transfer to the seats installed in the motor vehicle with the
corresponding vehicle restraint systems!
Non-observance of these instructions could lead to injury of the user, as well as of all other pas-
sengers in the motor vehicle, in case of an accident�

WARNING
We would like to point out that children seated in the seating systems must at all time be secured with
suitable safety systems (straps/belts).
When using the Kimba Cross with rigidly mounted or with swivelling front wheel

Stairs should be ascended/descended only with assistance from an attendant. If devices such as ramps
or elevators are available, they should be used. If such devices are missing, two attendants must carry
the Kimba Cross over the obstacle.

When using lifting platforms, be sure the anti-tipper is outside the danger-area.

Only lift the Kimba Cross with parts that are solidly attached.
