Clean the fan grille, the fan plate and the fan blades

1. Remove the capped nuts (A).
2. Remove the ventilation grille.
3. Remove the wing nut from the fan plate.
4. Lift the fan plate from the mounting pins.
5. Remove the fan plate.
6. Remove the wing nut from the fan blade. Turn
clockwise.
7. Remove the fan blades.
8. Clean the parts.
9. Put back the fan blades by inserting the flat side
into the hole of the fan blade just across the fan
shaft.
10. Put back the fan plate.
11. Put back the ventilation grille.

Action
• Check whether the quartz lamps need cleaning.
• Let the quartz lamps cool down.
• Clean the quartz lamps with a cloth soaked in alcohol or
methylated spirits.
