Problems

WARNING
• If the problem is not solved by consulting the table below, contact your supplier/service
centre.
• If the lead is damaged, immediately contact your supplier/service agency.
• The electrical diagrams required can be found in a holder on the inside of the right-hand
side panel of the unit.
• In case of problems contact your supplier/service centre. Make sure you have the following
data at hand: model and serial number.

Replace the quartz lamp

WARNING
• Check that the quartz lamp is not hot.
• Do not touch new quartz lamps with unprotected hands.
• Use a clean cloth or paper tissues when replacing the lamp.
• Remove any moisture with alcohol and methylated spirits after the lamp has cooled down.

Problem
Grill is not functioning.
Lamp is defective.
Fan makes noise.
The door is crooked.

Action
• Check whether the plug is cor-
rectly inserted in the socket.
• Check the power supply (fuses
and earth leakage switch).
• Check the entered program.
• Replace the lamp.
• (see chapter 8.2).
• Clean the ventilation grille and
the fan blades.

• Readjust the door.
• (see chapter 8.3).
