4th example:
Dynamic teaching SP1
Setpoint SP1 is formed from the average of the minimum
and maximum of the arrived positions between the
commands Dynamic Teach SP1 Start and Dynamic Teach
SP1 Stop.
If no stop command follows within 5 minutes
after the start command, the teach procedure is
canceled. A timeout is indicated using the event
TEACH IN TIMEOUT.
1. Use Select Teach Channel (Index 0x003A) to select
which switching channel to teach.
2. Checking the status.
⇒ Status = IDLE
3. Use SP1 Dynamic Teach Start (Code 0x47) to start
dynamic teaching for SP1.
4. Checking the status.
⇒ Status = BUSY
5. Move the sensor head between the minimal and
maximum position.
6. Use SP1 Dynamic Teach Stop (Code 0x48) to stop
dynamic teaching for SP1.
7. Checking the status.
⇒ Status = WAIT FOR COMMAND
⇒ Teach Points = SP1 TP1/TP2
8. Carry out system command Teach Apply (Code 0x40).
⇒ The command calculates SP1 and saves SP1 to
non-volatile memory.
9. Checking the status.
⇒ Status = SP1 SUCCESS (SUCCESS indicates a
successful teach-in. Otherwise ERROR is shown.)
