WARNING: Never operate the machine
without switched on PRCD.
WARNING: Never lock the ON/OFF switch by
button (2) during operation. There is a danger of injury!
1. Mount the auxiliary handle (7).
WARNING: Drilling id performed with the
auxiliary handle (7) mounted. There is a danger of
injury!
2. Plug the machine into the socket.
3. Test the proper operation of PRCD.
4. Unplug the machine.
5. Mount the pilot drill bit (if necessary) and the diamond
core bit and tighten gently by hand.
6. Plug the machine into the socket.
7. Select appropriate speed.
8. Hold the machine firmly with one hand on handle (5)
and with the other hand on auxiliary handle (7).
9. Start drilling. Place the pilot bit in the centre of the
opening you intend to drill. Turn the machine on with
the ON/OFF switch (1). Proceed drilling until the
diamond core bit cuts into the material about 5 mm.
Turn off switch (1). Unplug the machine. Remove the
pilot drill bit. Plug the machine into the socket. Switch
on the PRCD. Turn on switch (1). Proceed to drill.
Control the proper position of the machine using the
built-in level (3).
WARNING: Do not touch the core bit or the
machined surface near it immediately after operation.
They may be very hot and may cause skin burns.
10. Apply gentle pressure during operation. Excessive
pressure may damage the machine or the core bit.
11. If drilling is slow and/or the core bit heats (starts to
sparkle) - reduce the speed. DO NOT INCREASE
PRESSURE!
12. Take the core bit out of the drilled opening at regular
intervals to prevent heating and to remove dust.
13. If pieces of the material are broken into the drilled
opening, take out the core bit from the material and
remove the pieces.
14. Release switch (1) to stop drilling.
15. Unplug the machine.
16. Remove the diamond core bit and the adapter (9).
WET DRILLING
Wet drilling is recommended for drilling hard material,
e.g. concrete, reinforced concrete, where the core
bit heats excessively, the diamond segments may
be damaged and the core bit may jam in the material.
Optimum results are achieved when feeding water
through the diamond core bit. Thus the core bit is cooled
and the dust generated during operation is lead away.

EN
WARNING: Never operate the machine
without switched on PRCD.
WARNING: Water pressure should not
exceed 3 bar.
WARNING: Always check the integrity of the
water feed system. DO NOT USE THE POWER TOOL
in case of leaks!
WARNING: Take care that the water coming
out does not contact the machine motor or bystanders
during wet drilling.
COUPLING THE WATER FEED SYSTEM (FIG. 2)
Connect one end of the hose (b) to the machine by nut
(a), and the other end - by water fitting (c) to a suitable
source of water with maximum pressure 3 bar. A hose
5 - 20 m long may be used as an extension.
When using a pump container for feeding liquids, rotate
the pump piston handle counterclockwise and start
pumping until the pressure gauge on the pump cylinder
does not reach approximately 3 bar. Then with the last
pumping lock the piston handle in the endmost low
position by rotating it clockwise to lock it in the retainers.
Thus the pressure created in the system and the cylinder
is sustained.
WET DRILLING WITHOUT A DRILL STAND
1. Assemble the auxiliary handle (7).
WARNING: Drilling must be obligatory carried
out with assembled auxiliary handle (7). Loss of
control may cause personal injury.
2. Plug the machine into the socket.
3. Test the proper operation of PRCD.
4. Unplug the machine.
5. Mount a diamond core bit and tighten it gently by
hand.
6. Couple the water feed system.
7. Turn on the water supply.
8. Open the tap (d) so that steady flow of water flushes
the core bit segments.
9. Plug the machine into the socket.
10. Select suitable speed.
11. Hold the machine firmly with one hand on handle (5)
and with the other hand on auxiliary handle (7).
12. Start drilling. Place the pilot bit in the centre of the
opening you intend to drill. Turn the machine on
with the ON/OFF switch (1). Proceed drilling until
the diamond core bit cuts into the material about 5
mm. Turn off switch (1). Unplug the machine. Turn off
the water supply. Remove the pilot drill bit. Turn on
the water supply. Plug the machine into the socket.
