Assembly

VS CD01-PI is delivered ready-assembled and configured as
you specified. This section describes how you mount the valve
system and connect it electrically and pneumatically. Extension
and conversion are described in section 10 "Extension and
Conversion" on page 84.
6.1

Mounting options

Risk due to incorrectly mounted device!
An incorrectly mounted device may result in uncontrolled
movements that could damage other system parts.
Please ensure that all VS components are securely
mounted.
The CD01-PI valve system can be mounted on
a mounting surface or
DIN rail.
A maximum of 3 valve positions are possible when
mounted on a TH35-7.5 DIN rail.
A maximum of 6 valve positions are possible when
mounted on a TH35-15 DIN rail.
Make sure the relevant system part is not under voltage or
pressure prior to assembly.
