WARNINGS AND SAFETY NOTES

• Read these instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference.
Your child's safety may be affected if you do not follow these instructions.
• This vehicle is intended for children from 6 months and up to 15 kg.
WARNING: It may be dangerous to leave your child unattended.
WARNING: Ensure that all the locking devices are engaged before use.
WARNING: This pushchair is only for use with one child.
WARNING: Any load attached to the handle affects the stability of the pushchair.
WARNING: Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt.
WARNING: The harness includes two side rings to install an additional belt if
necessary.
WARNING: This product is not suitable for running or skating.
WARNING: Never lift the DOWNTOWN holding it by the PRIMA, PRIMA FIX,
PLAYMOON, MAKO, BABY ZERO PLUS or CARRY COT METROPOL. We
advise it to be lifted by holding the chassis of the pushchair.
WARNING: Check that the attachment devices of the PRIMA, PRIMA FIX,
PLAYMOON, MAKO, BABY ZERO PLUS, CARRY COT METROPOL and the
seat unit are correctly engaged before use.
WARNING: This seat unit is not suitable for children under 6 months.
NOTE: Always secure the child with the harness.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Unfolding (see illustrations 01 - 08)
• Release the safety catch situated on the main bar on the right of the frame next to
the carrying handle (fig. 02).
IMPORTANT: The DOWNTOWN does not come with the wheels already fitted.
Before unfolding the chair for the first time, fit the wheels in the following way:
• Fit the front rotational wheels (fig. 03) by inserting the axle into the wheelbearing
hole (fig. 04), next press the lock inwards as far as it will go (fig. 05).
• Pull both handles upwards, and proceed to unfold the chair with a brusque
movement (fig. 06).
• Lastly, press the pedal on the rear part, (fig. 07) until it clicks indicating that the
frame is completely unfolded (fig. 08).
