2. Description

2.1 Use of the product as directed
The appliance is designed to charge Hilti lithium-ion
(Li-Ion) batteries of the type B 7/1.5 Li-ion with a
rated voltage of 7.2 V.
The working environment may be as follows: con-
struction site, workshop, renovation, conversion or
new construction.
Tampering with or modification of the appliance is
not permissible.
Observe the information printed in the operating in-
structions concerning operation, care and mainten-
ance.
Nationally applicable industrial safety regulations
must be observed.
Observe the safety precautions and operating instruc-
tions for the accessories used.
To avoid hazards, use only batteries of the approved
type.

unspecified appliances.
The C 7 charger complies with radio equipment in-
terference requirements for use in all EU and EFTA
countries.
