Description

When the charging station is switched on,

this lights up red for 30 s, then flashes red-
green-blue at one-second intervals. A beep
sounds if the start-up process is successful.

Fault conditions

Fault list Description
LED is yellow for 1 s and green for 2 s:
F1
The charging station has become hot and
charges the vehicle with reduced power. After
a cool-down phase the charging station con-
tinues the normal charging cycle.
F2
LED is yellow and an acoustic signal sounds
for 0.5 s:
Excess temperature. Charging stopped due to
high temperature within the charging station.
After a cool-down phase the charging station
continues the normal charging cycle.
LED is red and an acoustic signal sounds for
F3
0.5 s and then for 5 s following a pause:
There is a problem in the voltage or system
monitoring.

7.2

Start charging

NOTE
Always take into account the vehicle requirements before
charging a vehicle.
NOTE
Park the vehicle for charging such as to avoid strain in the
charging cable.

The RFID dongle can be authorised before or after the
charging cable is plugged into the vehicle. Note that the
time between authorisation and connection of the char-
ging cable is limited to 45 s (default value). After this
period, the authorisation is no longer valid, and the
charging station returns to the starting state.
