2. Replacement of terminal box

Verify the electrical supply to the
line cord or terminal box has been
disconnected before making any

changes to the component.
1. Remove terminal box screw and cover from
terminal box body.
2. Gently push open terminal levers (L-N-G) to
remove wiring.
3. Remove any conduit adaptors from terminal
box body and save.
4. Remove both locking collar screws and
remove locking collar.
5. Gently pull terminal box body from Alpha
power head.
6. For new terminal box installation, follow
steps outlined in section 3. Installation of new
terminal box.

Description
3. Installation of new terminal box
1. Press terminal box body onto Alpha power
head.
2. Secure locking collar over terminal box body.
3. Install and tighten two locking collar screws
Torx T10 (5 in-lbs).
4. Utilize either conduit port for wiring entrance
5. Gently push open terminal levers (L-N-G) for
wiring installation.
6. Slide terminal box cover over terminal box
body.
7. Tighten terminal box cover screw
Phillips #1 (5 in-lbs).
