Solution
1.
Remove the spark plug. Reattach the
spark plug cap and lay the spark plug on
the metal cylinder. Pull the starter cord
and watch for a spark at the spark plug tip.
If there is no spark, repeat the test with a
new spark plug.

Remove the spark plug. Turn the product
so that the spark plug hole is aimed at the
ground. Make sure the choke lever is set
to RUN
times. This clears excess fuel from the
engine. Clean and reinstall the spark plug.
With the trigger fully depressed, pull the
starter cord 3 times. If the engine does
not start, set the choke lever to FULL and
follow normal starting instructions. If the
engine still fails to start, repeat the proce-
dure with a new spark plug.
3. Clean the spark arrestor.
