5.1 - CONTROL BOARD AND PILOT LAMPS

The machine contains following control elements:
1
Line switch
Setting the switch (1) to "I", the machine is powered
and the lights (2) and (3) come on.
2 Upper dish heating light
When the light comes on, it means that the upper
dish is being heated; when the set temperature has
been reached, the light goes off.
3 Lower dish heating light
When the light comes on, it means that the lower dish
is being heated; when the set temperature has been
reached, the light goes off.
4 Upper dish heating thermostat
Turn the thermostat knob (4) to set the upper dish
temperature.
5 Lower dish heating thermostat
Turn the thermostat knob (5) to set the lower dish
temperature.
6 Timer
Turn the timer knob (6) to set the dough pressing
time; when the set time has been reached, the upper
dish rises.
7 Dough disc thickness adjustment knob
Acting on the knob (7), you can set the dough disc
thickness; turn it clockwise to decrease the thickness
and anticlockwise to increase it.
8 Upper dish descent button
Pressing and holding down both buttons, the upper
dish goes down up to the limit switch and remains
lowered for the time set with the timer (6).
Releasing the buttons during descent, the dish inverts
its motion and rises.
