CAUTION
Dirty thread in screw connection
Injuries due to falling when thread loosens, breaks or tears out
► Use a degreasing cleaner (e.g. Acetone) to clean the thread before
each mounting.
► Observe the alignment and assembly instructions.
Required tools and materials:

710D4 Torque Wrench, 636K13 Loctite® 241
1) If a socket adapter is installed at the shuttle lock: remove the socket
adapter.
2) Apply Loctite® to the thread.
3) Position the slider plate at the shuttle lock and screw it in using the
countersunk head screws (see fig. 2, see fig. 3) (mounting torque: 12
Nm).
4) Apply Loctite® to the thread of the countersunk head screws.
5) Position the socket adapter at the slider plate and then use the counter­
sunk head screws to fasten it (see fig. 4, see fig. 5) (mounting torque:
12 Nm).
6 Maintenance
► A visual inspection and functional test of the prosthetic components
should be performed after the first 30 days of use.
► Inspect the entire prosthesis for wear during normal consultations.
► Conduct annual safety inspections.
