Problem in time zone
configuration.
The RT9s is not configured
in UTC time. The outputs are
switching with one or more

tROUBLESHOOtInG GUIDE
SOLUTIONS
Connect the power cable to the mains
supply.
Check whether network cable is
connected properly with the RT9s.
Use the menus in the front interfaces to
configure the IP address.
Use the menus in the front interfaces to
check the IP address.
Schedule an event in the calendar
corresponding to the concerned relay.
You can test the operation of the
outputs via the «Calendar» page in the
web interface or «force relays» page
in the front interfaces.
Set the RT9s's internal clock correctly.
Connect to the web interface and check
whether the outputs are activated.
Check whether the synchronization
source is transmitting its signal.
In the web interface, «time bases»
page, make sure that the «force RtC»
box is not checked.
