4. Tap your foot on the scale in order to activate the display.
5. Wait until display shows '0.0' (kg/lb/st).
6. Stand with bare feet on the scale. Make sure your feet are placed correctly on the contact
areas. Body weight will be calculated.
7. Once the weight has been established, the number on the display will flash. flash. The other
values are calculated immediately after this.
8. Remain still on the scale until it switches off automatically or all the data is displayed on
the App.
9. The calculated values are displayed on your main menus in the following order:
• WEIGHT
• BMI (Body Mass Index)
• BFR (Body Fat Rate)
• MUSCLE
• MOISTURE
• BONE MASS
• BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
• VISCERAL FAT
• Protein rate
• Body age
10. Next to your values, it is displayed whether they are in the standard range (STD) or are too
high (HIGH) or too low (LOW) (measured against average values).
11. Select any of the values for more detailed information.

5. MOBILE APP

Through the settings/extra menu, access to the following menus or functions:
From any of the following menus or functions, press the arrow symbol at the top left corner
(back) to return to settings/extras.
STATISTICS
This menu item allows viewing daily, weekly, monthly and annual statistics on the main menu.
From the main menu page, slide the display upwards. Main menu will move onto second page.
BABY WEIGHT SCALE
This function is designed to weigh and save the weight of your baby. Weight statistics are also
created here.
1. Select BABY WEIGHT SCALE.
2. Create a new profile for the baby.
